Returned by tracked delivery, insured in transit up to £750.

What we repair

Your phone matters, and being without it for days on end isn’t realistic for most people. Our repairs team handles cracked and unresponsive screens, batteries that no longer hold a charge, cracked back glass, charging ports, wireless charging faults and rear cameras.

Every repair is diagnosed before any work starts. If we find a different fault to the one you booked, we contact you before going any further, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

You can post your device to us from anywhere in the UK, or drop it in at our Harlow workshop in Essex, where most repairs are completed the same day.
