Our warranty at Phone Repair Direct will be 12 Months no matter what repair has been done and what device you have. This warranty will be with Phone Repair Direct. The Phone Repair Direct Repair Service may void your manufacturerʼs warranty, so if you would like to avoid this, then please take your Device directly to the manufacturer.
The Warranty we provide is linked to a specific device and its unique IMEI or serial number; this will then be linked to a customer and identified by the records on our system. The warranty will cover the Customer for any re occurrence of the original fault and for the part replaced or repaired only. Please see our FAQs for more information.
What is covered under the Phone Repair Direct warranty?
Inherent defects with the parts installed will be covered under our warranty.
What is Not covered under the Phone Repair Direct warranty?
Any physical damage or liquid damage. Cracked or Broken Screens etc will not be covered by warranty.
